A notebook
without pressure.
Jot down what's on your mind in three seconds. Close the day together each evening. No guilt for what's left undone. Everything stays on your device. Free, no ads.
Capture, close, look back
No categories, dates or priorities to pick.
Capture in three seconds
Type it or say it. Defter guesses the type (task, thought, win or idea) and you can change it with one tap. Capture from a widget, a quick control or a share sheet.
Close the day
Each evening Defter summarizes your notes. You decide what happens to anything unfinished: move it to tomorrow, let it go, or save it for later. At most three items carry over.
Journal and weekly reflection
Read back through your days. On Sunday evening, a short reflection on your week is ready when you open Defter.
Ask your notes
Ask things like “What did I write about moving last month?” Answers rely only on what you wrote, and the source notes are listed.
No guilt
There is no “overdue”, no red, no streaks. What's left undone is described in neutral words.
A jar of small wins
Things you finish and your wins gather in a jar you can look back on.
Your notes stay yours

Requirements
iPhone: iOS 26 or later. Day summaries, weekly reflections and Ask use Apple Intelligence on your device; without it Defter falls back to a plain summary.
Android: Android 12 or later. Everything runs on your phone and needs no internet access. For now, summaries, weekly reflections and Ask use simple on-device rules rather than an AI model.
Available in English and Turkish, following your phone's language. Free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. Screens show sample notes in the iPhone app.
